My laptop blackout twice a day, what does this logs mean? they look very suspicious

I am particularly worried about AccountProfileRemoteViewService, AOSUISpyglassAccountChangeHelper, walletAvailabilityCheckTool.

I was not sharing my screen, not even have it enabled, also doing nothing with wallet.

Hello zevarito,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are having an issue with your Mac going black or restarting unexpectedly. To help with this, please follow the relevant steps in this Apple resource, including testing in safe mode and backing up and reinstalling macOS on your Mac, and then contact Apple if you need any further assistance.

If your Mac restarted because of a problem

Cheers!

Please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.

How can this be helpful if it happened once previous system re-install and once after that?

I am not interested in discussing concerns regarding the nature and purpose of normal macOS processes.

Are you not interested or actually you don't know how to answer?

Unfortunately, Apple engineers sometimes give clever or cute names to system tasks like "spyglass". All of that is perfectly normal.

The "blackout" is a different issue. The Console.app can still be useful. Look at the left-hand site under "Crash reports" or "Diagnostic reports". Do you see anything that says "kernel" or "panic"? If so, copy the content of that panic report into a new reply here. Please copy the entire report, it will be pretty long. You may need to use the "Additional text" button in the toolbar at the bottom of the reply window.

Thanks for your answer, there are no such of crash reports of any app. It wasn't halt of the system, it was just a "blackout" for a couple of seconds. The most relevant logs I could find are those that pasted before, I would love to know what those process/apps do and what could be the reason to have run at that time.

Hi, it wasn't a reboot or shutdown, it was a blackout for a couple of seconds. System was installed about 2 days ago of that incident because a similar incident happened one time before that. I would love to know from you what the process I've pasted in the log do, and what could be the reason have a run at that time, considering I wasn't using, screenshare, camera, mic, wallet or any potentially related service. I would need a way to look at what process were running at that time, it is possible to access a log of past pids ? Thanks.

Can you describe this “blackout” then? Please be absurdly descriptive and specific.

Do you have an external display connected? That is the only thing I can think of that would match your description so far. If the connection is flaky, due to a bad cable or dongle, then you could see a “blackout” for a couple of seconds and it could repeat on its own.

None of those log excerpts seem abnormal to me.

Those are normal macOS processes.

Having dismissed those concerns leaves the unrelated and unresolved problem of your Mac's screen going blank once in a while. When that occurs, what happens next? Does it recover on its own? Did you examine System Preferences > Energy Saver?

Those are normal macOS processes.

I understand your point that those are legitimate process, but still concern about what triggered them, security prefpane, wallet etc.

Having dismissed those concerns leaves the unrelated and unresolved problem of your Mac's screen going blank once in a while. When that occurs, what happens next? Does it recover on its own? Did you examine System Preferences > Energy Saver?

Computer recovered itself after a few seconds, it just went black and went back to desktop like nothing happened.
