Wifi Weakness Problem. HELP!

Hello,

I have been getting a weak wifi signal from my home router on my iPhone 6. All other iphones and computers work completely fine with full wifi capability on this router, which would rule out any problems with my home router. However, the wifi signal I obtain on MY iPhone 6 is much weaker, so weak that it often cuts out. This Issue Is Happening For The Past Few Weeks, If Someone Knows The Solution To This Problem Please Contact Me.
