Apple Built-in Dictionary
Does Apple iPad have a pronunciation feature in it's Built-in Dictionary?? If not, it should work towards it that will be very helpful for people like me who are fond of correct pronunciation.

You can use iPad’s build in Speak Selection feature. This would allow you to select any text on iPad > Speak.
Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content
