Hi actually my mother received email and them she clicked and login thru the link. But then only she realised that the email was received by yahoo mail. My question is isn’t it if any problem occurs we would have recieved the msg to apple email. Is it scam

It depends on whether she revealed any info; if not, all should be well. If she did, immediately change any passwords, Apple ID, contact her banks/credit cards. FWIW, Apple will not address any customer as "dear client".

Another red flag: Awkward English is always an indicator of a scammer:
Proper English would read "within 24 hours."
