I currently have a new iPhone but want to get my iPhone 11 fixed the screen is non responsive however I want to get it fixed and not erased because I didn’t back it up at all my photos are on it

Backups need to be made before the device breaks.
Apple will not backup your device or be responsible for any lost data when they wipe the device during the repair process.
If you had automatic iCloud backups on and automatically join known WiFi networks on, leave the phone in your house connected to power for 24 hours. It might backup.
if you didn’t, it’s to late to backup now.
