Apple Watch 4 Touch Screen Not Working

My Apple Watch Touch Screen has been malfunctioning for about 2 weeks and has only gotten worse. I have done a soft reboot and a factory reboot to try and solve this. After the reboot each time, the screen will respond correctly for just a few moments then stops responding. All my software for both my phone and watch are up to date. Has anybody experienced the same issue after the latest Apple Software Update for both the IPhone and IWatch?
