How to family share Logic Pro X?

I am the organizer of the family share and my husband has been added to my family, but I cant figure out the step-by-step process to to share the apps I would like to share with him. When he goes to the app store, it still shows a dollar sign for the logic pro app which is the one I want to share with him. Please help?
