Hi today when I want to clean my phone I found the back screen cracked like that
could I know why ? And how I repaire it ?

There is no way for the reader to know how the screen was cracked. When I look at the picture that you posted then it appears that the iPhone either suffered a drop or a bang against a hard surface.
If you want the back glass replaced then you will need to take it to the Apple Store or Authorized Service Center.

The front and back of your iPhone XR is glass and not steel. Any device with a front and back made of glass will never never sustain a modest fall or an average force impact. Devices with the exterior made of glass will always be fragile. But I am sure you knew that.
Put a case on it and that will cover the cracks on the back glass of your iPhone and give it some limited protection.

I don’t like this items , it is not the first problem with XR and the phone is so weak
