How to stop Spotlight Suggestions on Mac from using Google

Spotlight Suggestions on Mac offers to 'Show Google Results' when my default search engine in Safari is DuckDuckGo.

How do I change the Spotlight search engine preference to also be DuckDuckGo?

You can deselect Spotlight Suggestions and Allow Spotlight Suggestions in Look Up on the Spotlight Search Results panel. Otherwise, there are no search engine specific settings in Spotlight Preferences to throttle Show Google Results.
