Safari 13.1 do not allow me to use all functionality in one site web

Hi everybody, I have upgraded my MacBook Pro to macOS Catalina 10.15.4, but Safari 13.1 in one site web do not allow me to use all functionality. For example on Investing.com when I try to use fullscreen mode in streaming chart, this button do not run. I have already wrote to investing, but I haven't received a response yet. Can someone help me to resolve this problem? I also paste an image where I explain the problem. Thank you for help.

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Safe Mode - About.

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply. After pasting the report in a PasteBin page, go to the top of the page, and copy the address in the URL bar. Paste that in a new reply.        Pastebin.

Hi thanks for your interest. I tried all your suggestions, but I think this issue could be an incompatibility of the site with Safari 13.1. I tried to open this site with macOS Mojave 10.14.6 with Safari 13.1 and I had the same issue. So I downgraded the operating system to MacOS Catalina 10.15.3 and Safari to version 13.0.5 and now I can use all the functionality of the site without problems. Tomorrow I will send a new request to Investing.com.

Hi hrachya777, every year when Apple releases new macOS, I download a copy. I create a bootable USB key, so I always have available the first release of MacOS system and I upgrade my Mac with a clean installation. When I had the issue I used my USB key to downgrade my Mac to macOS Catalina 10.15 and I made new clean installation, then I disabled the automatically upgrade and I only downloaded the upgrade of macOS Catalina 10.15.3 from Apple site. The proceed is not so hard but is long and it requests a little experience.
