Macbook air not recognizing keyboard

did that macbook fall?

if not restart and press command-option-p-r while you here the chime

if that did to work, restart press power-option-shift-command

i had to do that thursday on a neighbors MacBook air 2102

the keyboard, usb were not working but fine now,
