iPhone 11 Pro Max Smart Battery Case

I have always focused on enjoying the iPhone and never really worried about the battery and charging times and charging rules. I know that the battery is going to degrade over time no matter what you do. Keep the battery away from excessive heat, like any battery, and you will get about two years+ from an iPhone battery before it reaches battery health at 80% at which time you are recommended to replace it by Apple. Time and Heat degrades the battery no matter you do. I say, Enjoy the iPhone and use it like you want to and worry about the battery when it reaches 80%. My theory is that I am not gong to worry about a $80 battery inside a $1200 iPhone.

I leave the battery case always attached. Have done so since I have been using the battery cases. No issues for me.

I have been using battery cases since the iPhone 7 I believe. A long time and over several models of iPhones. I have always used them as a daily driver. The most recent 1.5 years experience has been an iPhone Xs Max as a daily driver. I have been using the battery case during most of those months. My battery health, at present, is 91%. My conclusion is that the battery case does NOT adversely affect an iPhone's battery health. Hope that answers your question.
