System crash, Wake transition timed out after 180 seconds while calling power state change callbacks

I reinstalled the OS, we'll see how this goes. but it's been many hours and no crash yet.

I've done that to the extent I can...the only ram is soldered in, no peripherals attached, software updated. I have not reinstalled the OS. Perhaps I'll give that a go. It's very random, sometimes when I wake up in the morning I find it has restarted over night, but mostly it restarts when I'm just doing stuff, very random. I am connected through wifi to a printer, no other peripherals. some people reported this started with Catalina, I'm not sure. I did just reset the PRAM...we'll see if that changes anything. thanks
