Annoying menu bar at full screen

Hi, at full screen menu bar slides down each time I move my mouse to the top, it's extremely annoying, how to turn off menu bar completely in full screen (and control it via keyboard shortcut for example) or change the threshold of holding the mouse at edge of the screen before menu bar slides down?

What other solutions, workaround do you find for this problem?
