Can’t enable WiFi calling

My iPhone won’t let me enable WiFi calling. Every time I try to toggle it on I get the message “to allow WiFi calling on this account, contact Verizon”. I’ve talked to Verizon several times and they’ve reassured me that WiFi is enabled on my account. I’ve tried everything even resetting network settings and nothing works.

iPhone X, iOS 13

Sorry about that, but that's a carrier service. Only the carrier can manage that service.

I would try and speak to a Verizon chief technician again.

Regards

Giulio
