Photo library

I downloaded icloud into my Windows 10 PC, but when I click on Photos/Options, there is no Photo Library option. The only boxes that are showing are Icloud Photos and Shared Albums, but I want to download my old photos and videos from the icloud. How can I access my older photos and videos? I have an iphone 6. Thank you.

Combining photo libraries I have a 40k Icloud photo library which I am currently restoring to my new M2 macbook air. I also have 30k photos stored on the internal HD of my iphone14 including 00's of photos taken on my new phone which are not in the macbook library.
