Freezing and unexpected restarts of the system.

Hi!

This is my first post here so I just want to say hello to everyone.

I tried to solve my problem with Apple Support but doesn't really give advice on the reason for my problem, sends me back to the service (due to the times we have and where I live, I can't use this option yet, sending it now also will take ages).

Over two years ago I purchased two MacBooks Pro, the same configuration. The one who has problems is sometimes I use to stick videos together and simple graphics (iMovie etc) nothing particularly sophisticated.

Problem: once in a while (sometimes once a day, sometimes two, sometimes a week at best a month) the laptop freezes and then restarts after a while. Once happened twice within 5 minutes when processing a photo (tiny graphics, file weight very small).

Recently, I decided on a new installation of the system with the removal of everything. The computer has not been freezing for 3 days however only once there was a restart after "waking up" without first sleeping the mac and closing the screen.

This morning I was surfing on the Safari and the laptop froze again, the report looks different and now It has also happened again whilst I have been writing this post but again with a different code? I have added the 3 different codes below. Any help would be appreciated.

I will be really happy for any advice what can I do to stop this.

Best regards

See if your Mac qualifies for this service and recall program:

13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar) Solid-State Drive Service Program - Apple Support

... then contact support [regardless of whether it qualifies] using the "Contact Support" link on any forum web page.

Hi Grant, thank you for your reply. My number is not eligible under this programme. I have spent a lot of days and hours with Apple Support but no one can tell me what is wrong with my Mac (which to be honest it's a bit frustrating going again and again the same procedures, have been told that maybe programmes which I'm using are taking to much physical memory etc). Having reports doesn't help neither as they can't read them, so I just hope that maybe someone can read it here and give me some navigation as maybe the answer can be simple? I don't have any programmes installed and Mac book pro is using 6gb of 8gb without anything running after a complete reinstall.
