If you have a negative balance on your Apple Cash you need to transfer enough money from your bank account to cover the negative amount. You should also go here - Apple Pay Customers
It looks like you made multiple transactions at the same retailer (Pac Sun). Did you cancel any transactions or get refunds? If so then it could be that Apple Cash simply hasn't had enough time to catch up. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for all the transactions to settle. Additionally, sometimes merchants post a preliminary transaction before the final transaction. For example, I've seen Amazon "double charge" me for transactions; but after a day or so the duplicate vanishes.
