Apple putting me more in the negatives then I’m supposed to be paying

I was in the Negatives for $20, because Apple glitches and added $20 to my money when I was buying something and I didn’t realize. After maybe a few months of being in the -$20s Apple sent me $56 and put me in the 30s and slowly week by week keep taking a dollar or two then the other day they took the $56 dollars away. Yet they were charging work by week that added up to an extra maybe $10 and so now I’m in the negatives more then I was supposed to be and I’m so confused as to why all of this happened. And I want some of the money the individually charged added back to my account to make it the right amount I owe. Cause they ripped me off
