Apple ID charged me for something I did not purchase and double-charged me for a premium subscription
Hello. No one else uses my Apple ID except for me. Recently, I tried purchasing VLLO Pro, but my debit card was rejected repeatedly as my mode of payment. However, upon checking, a total of PHP427 ($8.70) was charged from my account. I called my bank about it, but they had nothing to do with it. This only happened because I tried to register my debit card on Apple ID.
Anyway, after this, I signed up for a free trial on StoryChic. It notified and I saw that PHP1,315.80 ($26.82) was deducted from my account. I was fine with it, but then Apple ID notified me again, saying that my payment method was rejected. So I reentered my debit card and I was charged the same amount again. This is unacceptable. How do I get my money back and fix this? I’m only a student and this is a huge blow to my savings.
