Wifi issue

Hello,

I have an issue in my iPhone, the Wifi doesn't work at all since two months. I traveled from the US to my home country (Oman).

The wifi connects in the settings, but the sign doesn't appear at all and the problem is not from the wifi because it works in other devices. I tried doing things like restarting the phone, reset network settings, share hotspot from other devices but it didn't work. I have an apple care until October 2020, and there is no any apple store or electronics shop open to fix my problem. So I thought maybe you can help me to solve this problem. Also, the data cellular in the phone works for iMessage, Safari and twitter only. So, I don't know why it doesn't work in other applications.
