I just purchased an iphone 11 64, can i return it because i need the 128gb?

If purchased directly from Apple, they offer a 14 day return policy.
Anecdotal evidence is that Apple has extended that period until
Apple stores for your location re-open. Suggest you contact Apple
directly to verify this.
If purchased from other than Apple, the return policy of the retailer
would govern.
