Can't open Garage Band

I just got a new hard drive for my Mac. I now have Mojave OS 19.14.6. I found out GB hadn't been downloaded properly. I downloaded it again with all the sound libraries. Now I click on the icon and nothing happens. The whole reason I got the new hard drive was to use GB. Now I can't open it.

Ran Fine, Fresh Mojave Install, Can't Run I have a 2012 iMac running macOS 10.14 Mojave. I recently took apart the iMac and switched out the SSD and HDD. I then installed a fresh new version of Mojave. I have Time Machine backup and other external storage where I made a copy of GarageBand prior just for safe keeping. Now when I try to open GarageBand 6.0.5 from the external disk it begins downloading ~1.6GB of content and tells me it thinks it's GarageBand '11. It gets stuck right at the end and can't open properly. I've tried: Deleting GarageBand Preferences File (same result) Moving GarageBand To Applications Folder (same result) Downloading GarageBand From Purchases Panel (can see but can't download) Restoring From Time Machine (same result) One strangeness is that after the small dialogue opens to tell me the download has failed, the progress bar continues working and even changes to 'Installing...' and fills. Could be fake of course. I'm frustrated enough as it is that my Logic 9 was blocked from working at some point. Any suggestions?

Can't install anything from Logic Pro to external hard disk I have moved my LOGIC music library to my External Hard Disk, where I have 950 GB of free space. But when I want to Install some sounds and loops, I'cant, because "your disk is almost full". I have on my Mac 1 GB free, What should I do?

downloaded garage band is missing menus iMac running 10.13.6 I downloaded the latest version of Garage Band because mine was old (2017). When it was all over, GB is now missing most of the menu items. Have I got to start all over again or is there something I can do to rectify this situation? Thanks
