3rd party earphone mic does not work !!

I have a pair of earphones from a good brand which has inbuilt mic. The mic was working fine and suddenly the iPhone 6s does not recognise the mic in calls but I can hear sound from the earphones.

The mic is not bad because it works with my laptop and other phones. Any suggestion please. I cannot use apple earphones because they do not fit my ears.

I tried different headsets, earpod, the original headset and other headsets. All this headsets work on an other Iphone. I read that several people with an iPhone 11 has the same problem. Looks like it's the IOS issue.

Sorry, 3rd party earphones are not Apple product, best you ask the manufacturer on their website/forum for support.
