restoring wiped photos and contacts

can all photos and contacts inadvertently wiped from my iPhone 6s be restored?

Photos that existed only on the phone (not sync'd) by restoring from your last itunes or icloud backup.

If your contacts are sync'd with an email account like most people it may be more difficult but try restoring anyway.

Should have signed into your mail account on a computer every so often and exported contacts to a csv file in case of loss, but go in there online now, some accounts will recover or undelete them for you.
