Whenever I make a call over FaceTime Audio, the other side complains of massive feedback sound unrelated to whether headphones connected or not. It supposedly sounds like a windstorm, and whenever I move or talk the microphone picks up every tiny sound and magnifies it 100 times. Is there a way to fix the microphone sensitivity? Or is this an individual device issue?

I also did not find anything related to my problem through that link. It’s nothing I can hear on my end, and I do not believe it’s the other person’s phone. Apparently it only happens when she’s in a call with me so I believe it’s my microphone, not my speakers.
I went to the The link You provided and did all of the suggestions and it does not fix my problem, which is my voice echos when I FaceTime on my iPhone X. Any other suggestions?
