running apps in background is harmful for battary and phone performance

Leaving apps in background isn't harmful for battery performance. Based on my experience closing and opening consumes more battery, so I always leave frequently used apps in the background. Close only those which very rarely opened.


For these frequently used apps I always keep Background App Refresh as disabled


Settings > General > Background App Refresh and turn OFF Background App Refresh
