Why is Catalina the most unstable OS ever?

Ever since I updated from Mojave to Catalina, working on my laptop has become a nightmare. Kernel panics galore! I tried to reinstall the OS through Safe Mode. It failed the first time, so I did it again with Time Machine, and it worked. But the problems persisted. I can be browsing the internet, watching YouTube videos and all that, and the computer will crash 'because of a problem'. I have to use my phone to join meetings on Google Meet or Zoom, simply out of fear of the computer crashing.

Is there ANYTHING that can be done to fix this? Will Apple release any update soon that will finally get rid of these issues?

I did. Check out my reply to one of the users in this thread.

All I saw was an EtreCheck report. No panic logs.

The two most common reasons for kernel panics are hardware faults and third-party kernel extensions. It could be something in one of Apple's kernel extensions, but most likely not.

You don't have any third-party kernel extensions loaded, so it is most likely a hardware fault.

The panics are Page Faults which are predominately memory related, not necessarily RAM.

You could run Rember or Apple Diagnostics to check your RAM, but that might not be the cause.

It is entirely possible that Brick My Mac "cleaned" something it wasn't supposed to clean and damage the system.

I would erase the drive entirely and reinstall the OS. Test it before installing anything else.

You can also try resetting NVRAM as that can resolve some rare kernel panic causes.

You can check to see if you've removed all of the files by downloading and running Find Any File to search for any files with the application's name  and the developer's name in the file name.  For example for CleanMyMac software you'd do the following search:

1 - Name contains cleanmymac

Any files that are found can be dragged from the search results window to the Desktop or Trash bin in the Dock for deletion.

FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages.

Any idea how that might've happened?

Could have been an issue that has existed since it was built.

The 2010 MacBook Pros had bad Nvidia graphics cards. The fault didn't show up for many until they upgraded the OS. Even then, it didn't appear for some until later on. They eventually discovered a bad lot of GPUs was the issue and they had a recall.

I deleted all things that the report considered unnecessary. However, in major issues, about the kernel panics, it leads me to this:

   2020-05-11 10:59:13 Kernel Panic (10 times)

    2020-05-10 12:11:06 signpost_reporter - High CPU Use (2 times)

        Executable: /usr/libexec/signpost_reporter

The executable parts, do I delete those as well?

Few weeks ago the laptop crashed during an online meeting, so right after that I decided to reinstall the OS, following this guide. I backed up my system on an external drive earlier in the day, and so I began. As much as I can recall, I think it failed the first time. I got a black screen with a folder and a question mark icon, then a black screen with Ø on it. I went back to Safe Mode and used Time Machine, which resulted in success. I think I tried reinstalling it a few times already.
