Why is Catalina the most unstable OS ever?

Before I proceed to do anything, I just wanted to show this picture. The reason why there’s two of each is because, back when I tried to resolve things myself, following a guide, I think I created new ones and deleted APFS Volumes, despite not knowing exactly what that means (or does). I’m assuming it shouldn’t be like this.

Do I have to run Safe Mode in order to check that? Now that there's four of them, I'm confused by which is which. However, when I check the storage from 'About this Mac', I have two of Macintosh HD, the first one being the one where everything is stored, and the second one underneath has 9GB of used space, the rest (striped bar) are 'other volumes in container'. That one doesn't have an icon like the first Macintosh HD.

I'm not sure what I want or what I'm supposed to do, to be quite honest, simply out of fear that I will mess something up in the process. Even if I were to begin, I wouldn't know from where in the first place.

No, I don't have installed any of the apps you mentioned. And I always click report on the errors. And believe me, I've tried to find out the root of this crashing, but I'm struggling.

I'll make sure to post a report the next time I get one. I started this thread after I reported one, and at the moment I didn't think of copying it.

I don't have that in Applications. Where else can I find remaining files of it?

I deleted everything that the report detected. I suppose that would be it. Is there anything else I can do besides that? Or simply post the error here if the Mac crashes again.

Thank you! I downloaded FAF and it found three files that contained 'cleanmymac', which I deleted.
