I've signed out of screen time, rebooted, changed settings and still my child's phone storage is always full. We have family sharing enabled with 2TB of storage and plenty of room. This has been very frustrating. Child's phone is iPhone 7, up to date iOS. Any other suggestions? Thank you!

I've signed out of screen time, rebooted, changed settings and still my child's phone storage is always full. We have family sharing enabled with 2TB of storage and plenty of room. Her photos are set to automatically upload to the shared iCloud. When I click on Photos - it says Storage Full. When I click to Manage Storage, it flashes the family 2TB storage but then goes right to the Storage Full reflecting the 32G actual storage on the iPhone. Every single app is offloaded and still storage is full. This has been very frustrating. Child's phone is iPhone 7, up to date iOS. Any other suggestions? Thank you!

Thank you - so when we try to upload the photos to offload them, it won't allow it saying storage is full. All apps are already offloaded as well. So, is this a device limitation? I would have thought we could offload all photos to make room. THX
iCloud storage does not increase the storage capabilities on the device.
To get more you must remove some things from the device or buy a newer one with more storage.
You can't share any iCloud storage back to a device.
Yours has 32 GB's and can't go any higher no matter what you turn on or off.
To make more storage space on any device you need to delete things from it.
