Apple WatchOS 6.2.1 Update Failing

Is anyone else getting problems with 6.2.1 failing to install. I have carried out restart of Watch and iPhone and deleted the old download (or at least tried to delete it…. Not sure that delete works.) But have tried these processes twice now and failed on each attempt.

Suspect the original download is corrupt and trying to delete it in <General> <Usage> <Software Update> <Delete> is not working…. Does anyone know a way to delete the downloaded update manually from the iPhone? I can’t find it in iPhone Storage.

I also suspect that it may be something to do with the iPhone loosing comms with the Watch at a critical time of the Update. Everything else is working fine on the Watch before attempting the Update.

I have a Watch 2 and it is currently on 6.1.3
