Call forwarding ios 13.4.1

Hi everyone

Unfortunately call forwarding doesn't work using iphone 11 pro max. I use dual sim: esim: Orange Poland, sim card: T-Mobile Poland. I would like to use call forwarding only when i'm unavailable. In the phone I cant find any option to set it up so I try to use specific operators codes, unfortunately unsuccessfully. Any ideas ?
