Getting rid of Sophos

I can't figure out how to get rid of Sophos "security system" on my Mac ~ help?

Kaspersky Internet Security- removing it completely from Mac I have remove 99% of this following the recommended methods e.g. Utilities/Keychain etc. but there is one element that i cannot remove at all which is: com.kaspersky.kav.sytext.systemexyension can anyone please recommend how I can remove this from my Mac? many thanks Rob

Sophus Sophos has suddenly appeared without my knowledge/authorization on my MacBook Pro (still running Catalina). It is not allowing me to visit web pages I viewed last night. There's no option to bypass it. I tried downloading the official uninstaller from their site, then get an error message that Apple will not allow the uninstaller to be installed because it cannot check it for malware. How do I get out of this do-loop and get rid of Sophos?
