Unlocked iPhone 11 Pro can’t connect to new Cellular Network
I bought my iPhone 11 Pro unlocked from BestBuy, and used a “Bring your own SIM” kit from Straight Talk. Worked great with no problems, but I found a better plan through U.S. Mobile and bought a SIM card kit from them. Using my IMEI number it was determined that my iPhone met the requirements to use their networks, and my account & SIM are activated. When I put the new SIM into the phone and try to start the set-up process, I have full bars of service but my iPhone gives me a message that says it’s not compatible and that I need to can’t t my carrier & have them unlock my phone? It’s already unlocked, but I called Straight Talk anyways and they told me the same thing; my phone is already unlocked. I contacted U.S. Mobile and they told me to contact Apple Support for further guidance. I’d really appreciate if someone could help me resolve this!
