Stuck on a black screen and apple logo. (boot loop)

My phone recently shut down and is stuck on a continuous boot loop. I dont know what to do. I need my phone for work and it will not turn on. I tried resetting my device, as well as connecting it to itunes however nothing is working. My device does not even come up when I connect it. I have an older iphone 7 plus that i bought from a friend and i tried switching my SIM card into the old phone but it was not supported. Please help.
