apple verification

Every single time I try to download an app, it keeps popping up with a “verification requirement” thing. I keep pressing done and then it pops up again. Along with that, my iTunes is not letting me pay for anything because it says I have no payment method but I put in an Apple iTunes gift card worth $15? It says my amount is $15 but when I go to buy something it won’t allow me. I have reset my phone, changed my password, reset network settings, etc. I am not willing to create a new Apple ID due to all the apps I’m going to have to redownload and all the data I’m going to lose. Someone please help.

Next, use the information shown here for help with your payment method: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.

Also, check to make sure that you're signed in with your Apple ID: Sign in with your Apple ID.

Finally, try the steps in this article: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services.

hey becky I am actually having the same issue but I have checked and I definitely tried to put in a credit card number but its not valid or anything so does that mean i wouldnt be able to use the apple id at all?
