When I try to compress files in Files app on iPad Pro (iPadOS 13.4.1), I get "Operation not permitted"
Please FIX this annoying problem!!

Are you attempting to compress a file that is present is local storage - or is the file present in Cloud storage?
For a variety of technical reasons, you may have issues with Zip/Unzip operations unless the file to be processed is stored on the iPad.

All files are on my local iPad. No cloud.
