Hooking up monitors to MacBook Air

I have a MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015). I've hooked up one external (larger) screen and would like to hook up another (so I have 2 large screens); is that possible? If so, what do i need to get to be able to do so? Thank you-

I don't think you can. Your MacBook Air (just like my 2017 one) only has 1 Thunderbolt port. So you can only hook up 1 external screen.
