The teacher iPad in Classroom app shows that all student devices are offline, but all of them are online

Hello! I have a problem and hope you can help me. We have a

few Ipads, which are controlled by Mosyle MDM. Devices are enrolled and ready

to go. The problem is, when i assign 5 ipads to students and 1 to teacher.

Seems everything is working fine, but in the teacher ipad in Classroom app it

shows that all student devices are offline, but all of then are online. What

might be the problem? Another question, if i want to make about 100 student

profiles for one school, is it possible to automatically make managed appleid

accounts, or i need to do this manually?
