Apple TV free subscription

I am eligible for a one year subscription of Apple TV + however when I launch the app it does not give me the subscription, request you to activate it for me .

How to get Apple TV+ free for one year - Apple.


If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.

I have purchased my MacBook Air 13" 2017 on 5th may 2020 ,when I tried to activate the offer for 1 year free subscription to Apple TV+, I can find only 1 week free subscription, so am I not eligible for the free 1 year subscription to Apple TV+ .

If so please help me with the procedure. According to the below offer that I got I tried.
