What purchase would make you eligible for a 3 months offer?

The 3 month offer is valid when purchasing any new Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV. You would then go into the TV app after you have signed in to see a banner where you can accept it (within 90 days of device activation).

The times where you wouldn't be able to do it would be if you had previously subscribed to Apple TV Plus, or were in a family sharing group where someone else had used it.
