I lost my contacts when i deleted an exchange on my iPhone. Please help me recover! Thank you

The contacts you lost were synced to the Exchange account. The only way to get them back is to re-add the account, assuming it still exists and you still have access.

Lost contacts on iPhone Can contacts be reset back to previous date when contacts were fine? I believe my contacts were lost do to change in the Exchange. Trying to resolve this by setting contacts back to June 2019. Thanks
