my iphone x is frozen on a black screen with a spinning (loading sign)...the. same thing happened to my iphone. 7 around 2/3 years ago

Force restart the iPhone as follows:

Press and quickly release the volume up button
Press and quickly release the volume down button
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo appears
