I am using MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016), macOS Catalina 10.15.4, and iPad Pro 2018 (11-inch), 13.4.1
and I am trying to mirror the MacBook screen to the iPad but the message below keeps popping;
Bluetooth is on, connected to the same Wi-Fi and the same Apple ID.
I tried restarting Bothe devices but still not working.

And presumably you’re not sharing a cellular or internet connection as enumerated under “Additional Requirements” in the above article. If that’s true, I’m afraid I’ve run out of suggestions.

Yes, both devices use two-factor authentication, have Handoff turned on and within 30 feet (10 meters) of each other.
It still not working, it used to work before the latest update.
I met the exact same problem. It used to work but the new MacOS cut the connection off.
