My iPhone XS shows my MacBook Pro as an audio device when on phone calls and I can’t get it to go away.
Calls on other devices is off. Wifi calling is off. Not sure how else to fix but this only started a few days ago. I would prefer to leave both logged into my iCloud. As noted, it’s only a recent issue and both have been logged in as long as I’ve had the devices and this was never a problem.

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to have your MacBook Pro not show as a source for audio when on a phone call on your iPhone. To help with this, please restart your MacBook Pro and iPhone and then make sure you have checked the settings are turned off for Continuity related features, like Handoff and iPhone Cellular Calls, and here are some Apple resources to help with this:

I turned Handoff off on my Macbook Pro (it was already off on my iPhone) and restarted both devices. It has since disappeared as an audio option (finally!). Thank you!
