Another question ... why does my phone freeze sometimes when I type an emoji? I searched it up and one tip it said to do was remove the emoji keyboard and then add it back and I did that but it’s not working .. most of the time when I type and emoji my whole phone freezes for about 2 minutes and then in freezes and it’s really annoying. Why is this happening and how could I stop it?

Emoji Keyboard I bought an iPhone 11 Max Pro on August 26, 2020. I can't use the “Emoji Keyboard” because the phone starts to hang, it freezes. I turn off the phone and turn it on again. But it only helps for a short time. I had the same problems with the old phone. My old phone was an iPhone X. I completely deleted the emoji keyboard. But the problems only got worse. He got frezze, moving from one program to another. Now the same trouble started with the iPhone 11 max pro. I only use the phone for the second week. I don’t know what I need to do.

iPhone freezes while sending emojis Recently purchased the iPhone 11 Pro Max and soon after IOS update 11.3.0, the phone started freezing for seconds and would again recover within 10-15 seconds. This is happening even after the latest 13.3.1 latest update. When I type a text or an email for example, the phone freezes in between when it resumes, the content which is typed is lost. •tried soft reset •tried hard reset •tried back up and restore •tried updating the IOS from itunes •also tried resetting the phone to factory settings without being the old data recently I also figured out that the phone freezes whenever I try to send an emojis while adding them before writing a text or may be at the end. anyone who has the same issue or has a way to get this resolved is much appreciated.. I have started hating my phone

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:How to restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support
