how do i redeem a code

I'm trying to redeem a code for a movie that I got from the blu-ray case, but I'm going around and around in a circle with the process. The instructions state: Go to itunes.com/redeem. When I do that it says: Connecting to the itunes store, but it never does. It's not suppose to be so hard or complicated to redeem a code.

try this - Redeem digital copies of DVDs or Blu-rays in the Apple TV app or iTunes for Windows - Apple Support
