Mac Pro Late 2013 Error Graphic Card

Greetings Friends, from Ecuador, excellent information, I have a question about an error that I have in a Mac Pro late 2013, when rendering and exporting video in both premiere and Davinci, the screen goes black, but the machine continues to run after a few two minutes it restarts or I have to turn it off press the start button, after formatting the computer the same error follows, I suppose it is not the software, and seeing that in 2016 an Apple repair program came out where I see that it is the only information with my error, I want to know how to access it, maybe you could help me with information about this problem or how to solve it
