Anyone ever receive a letter in the mail from Spectrum about botnet malware?

An update, I already have malwarebytes premium, changed my Apple ID Password, did a factory reset on my iPhone & downloaded the malwarebytes premium iPhone app directly from the App Store.
Contact them if you wish. If they are in fact advocating the installation of some kind of "security suite", tell them where they can stick it. Then drop their service.
I'd be inclined to ignore it since that expends the least amount of effort.

it looks like this (another individual received one)
https://charter-communications.pissedconsumer.com/spectrum-net-security-suite-sends-letters-to-your-customers-for-fraudulence-201811151400937.html
the link you post has the top level domain name:
pissedconsumer.com
this is not https://www.spectrum.com/

I think you are confused (please re-read my post at the top) I know that is not spectrum's website I used that link to show I received a letter that looked exactly like that. That is the ONLY reason I listed that URL. I actually received a PRINTED LETTER in the USA MAIL. Hope that clears it up....
It's still a scam. It has always been a scam. It will always be a scam.
Scam form Spectrum or scam as in not from Spectrum? Because if it’s really from Spectrum I’ll drop their service like a hot cake.
