iCloud Drive issue

i can’t turn my iCloud drive on , i’m using iPhone 7 with last iOS update 13.4.1, i have tried hard reset several times and tried reset all settings.

iCloud Drive cannot be turned on on iPhone 12, IOS 14.1 I just got my iPhone 12 and was trying to sync all my apps, but most apps ask me to to ‘turn-on’ iCloud Drive. but when you slide to turn on, the next screen it takes you looks funny and not aligned with only two options to either ‘cancel’ or ‘upgrade’, both of which cannot be clicked to proceed. switching off and on, as well as logging off from iCloud and signing out of Apple and switching off and on, as suggested by a few sites did not really work and seems like a software bug.

My iPad Pro doesn´t allow to turn on iCloud Drive. My iPad Pro (iOS 16.2) doesn´t give a option to turn on iCloud Drive. If I choose settings>myname>iCloud, there isn´t mention iCloud Drive. Under the list of apps using iCloud, there are iCloud Mail, Notes, Messages, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Safari, Stocks, Home, Game Center, Siri and Freeform. Nothing else. I have tried restart, log out from my Apple ID account etc. To be frank, I dont have any ideas.

Can’t enable iCloud Drive Trying to enable iCloud Drive but the dialog box is out of screen. Tried rotating but still can’t confirm or choose anything. At the attached look at top left corner. Tried rebooting etc without success

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Yes, i have tried several networks and mobile data but unfortunately the same issue !

Apple server maintenance may be what caused your problem. A few days ago I saw a post indicating that, per an Apple tech, Apple is conducting major [server] maintenance and that many services are down. The instruction given was to "try again tomorrow ... [and] maybe the [needed] server will be back online. Note that I don't know how long ago your problem occurred. I just tried using iCloud/iCloud drive and had no problem.
